Privacy Policy

Aussi-Nexus Group (ABN 76 947 108 181) operates CortexAI. This policy explains what we collect and why, consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address, name if you provide one, and a hashed password.
• Monitoring configuration — the URLs you register, along with any server details you choose to supply, such as process names, configuration filenames and port numbers.
• Probe results — HTTP status codes, response times, response headers, TLS expiry dates, a structural fingerprint of each page, the page title, and short text excerpts where a defect was detected.
• Action logs — a record of every remediation action, its arguments, exit code and output.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe. We store only a customer and subscription identifier; we never see or store your card details.

What we do not store

We do not store full page bodies. We do not store credentials for your servers — the self-healing executor runs on your own infrastructure using the permissions that process already has. We do not sell data to anyone.

AI processing

Where AI root-cause analysis is enabled, an evidence bundle — the finding, response metadata and short excerpts — is sent to Groq for inference. It is not used to train models. If you prefer no third-party inference at all, set the autonomy mode to "off", or run your instance without an AI API key configured; the deterministic playbooks continue to work.

Retention

Probe history is retained according to your plan — 7 days on Free, 90 days on Pro, 2 years on Business — and trimmed automatically each night. Account data is deleted within 30 days of you closing your account.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. API keys are stored only as hashes. Traffic is served over TLS. Sessions use signed tokens with a 30-day lifetime.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you believe we have mishandled your information.

Cookies

We set one cookie holding your session token. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
